If some time your hud do no respond or if you cant remove to re-wear hud or body
Go to your advanced menu (in preference CTRL+P on the advanced tab active “show advenced menu”) and in this new menu you have “REFRESH ATTACHEMENTS”

If the problem are not resolved: please verify if you have not other thing attached at the same spot ( you can change the attaches point in the inventory click right on the item and chose attached to)
